PROJECT OVERVIEW
My initial reason for starting this project was to show kids that football is a game that not only makes you tough, but it teaches you many valuable life lessons. So for my approach to this project I felt like hosting a one day football camp could really educate some of our youth. This being my personal camp, i want to show my leadership and get involved with the kids as much as possible. Not all kids have people to look up too, sometimes it’s good to give them a voice to listen too. When I was a kid my parents weren’t always around so I counted on myself a lot of times to get things done. Never had the opportunity to attend football camps nor be able to play every sport I wanted to play. My job is to help point the kids in the right direction for the future, even if it doesn’t involve them being on the football field.

Camp Overtime, located in TX, is a fun and fulfilling Football Camp, offering kids ages 12-18Â an unforgettable lifetime experience. We provide a variety of programs and activities, with top of the line facilities and a qualified staff committed to the enjoyment and safety of all our campers. Come enjoy the magic of Football Camp in a caring and inspiring environment.
I’m Cameron Chambers and I’m originally from Dallas Texas. Football has been the reason for my drive up until I was blessed with a little girl, which made me work even harder. Football has also been able to get me out of Texas, allowing me to travel the world. California was my favorite, it was a nice place for me to get out there on my own and experience life in ways I couldn’t imagine. After my football career was up in California, my recruiting process took me to Washington State University where I then committed to continue my journey. Sadly my grades weren’t good enough to stay at Washington State and I ended up at Southern Utah University. Adversity struck but that didn’t stop me from chasing my dreams. I finished up two memorable seasons at Southern Utah and I’m currently training to become a professional football player. I’m also into fashion and I can honestly see myself starting a brand in the near future. I’m a driven person and I take pride in what I do.

Every kid that attended the camp, I'm sure had a passion for the game of football. So teaching them some drills that they could take home after the camp was actually the easy part. In the duration of the camp, I had to have a couple motivational speakers plant some knowledge in their brains. The way the kids sat there and listened was very powerful, that moment meant a lot to me and my team.
